Individual CPR and First Aid Classes

If you are looking for a CPR and/or First Aid class and our public classes do not fit with your schedule/needs, you can complete the online portion of the class on your own time and then schedule a time to meet in person for the skills portion of the course. The hands-on skills only take about 30 minutes in-person, and can be scheduled at your convenience.

FIRST, complete the online portion of the course (linked below), and THEN email Danielle@FightOrFlightEME.com your course completion certificate from the online portion of the class to arrange a time for the skills.

If you need a BLS for Healthcare providers CPR only class, please complete the online portion here: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls. They charge $37 for the online portion, and Fight-or-Flight charges an additional $65 for the skills portion. You can pay for the Fight-or-Flight portion below, or bring a check or cash to the course. Email us your course completion certificate upon completion of the online course to schedule the hands-on skills session (Danielle@FightOrFlightEME.com).
